Terms of service

Draft — to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

Who we are

The service is provided by GoRestyle, Moyklos g. 45, LT-00303, Palanga, Lithuania. Contact: info@gorestyle.com.

The service

GoRestyle redesigns your website from your existing content. Previews are free. Getting a website's files (download or upload to your hosting) requires a one-time payment of €199 per website. There are no recurring fees. The payment is not refundable once the website has been downloaded or uploaded. We do not host finished websites; our hosting is used only for previews and demo links, which are removed 14 days after delivery.

After delivery

After the first download or upload we keep your website in your account for 14 days, so you can edit or download it again. After that it is permanently deleted from our server. Keep your files safe.

Your content

You confirm you own the website you submit or have permission to redesign it, and that you have the rights to its texts and photos. You keep all rights to your content.

Fair use

Each account includes €5 of AI assistant credit (measured by the actual AI usage); more can be added on request. Don't use the service for unlawful content.

Your files

After payment you can download your website's files and host them wherever you like. The website is yours.

Liability

We do our best to keep sites online and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
